An initial consultation typically takes 60 to 90 minutes. This allows our master tailors to take precise measurements and discuss your choice of cloth, cut, and finishing details.
What is your return policy for ready-to-wear items?
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that bespoke and personalized items are non-returnable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium collections and academic dress worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How can I book a graduation gown hire?
Academic dress hire can be booked directly through our online portal. We recommend booking at least 21 days before your ceremony to ensure availability of your institution's specific hood and gown.
