Ede & Ravenscroft is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage tailoring and accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Complete the return form included in your original delivery, specifying whether you require a refund or an exchange for a different size or style.
Secure Packaging
Place the items, including all original tags and hangers, back into the original shipping box to ensure they are protected during transit.
Dispatch the Parcel
Affix the provided pre-paid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or Ede & Ravenscroft boutique.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team has inspected the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
